This is a nice port, There is a U.S. Navy base and a Japanese Navy base and we were docked close in between the two bases. Just did some shopping at the 100 Yen Store (like or Dollar Tree) ate a MOS Burger, watched a few games of Shogi, bought some flowers for my cabin and took the last shuttle bus back to the ship.
As we were leaving a large group playing traditional drums, including one drum bigger than two people, gave us a great concert. That alone was worth stopping at this port. I didn't have my camera or phone with me and I didn't want to miss anything by running back to my cabin for it. It was that good.
They played as the crew pulled in the gangplank (leaving two passengers on shore) and the ship pulled away. Don't know what happened to missing but, the crew was hard at work tracking them down before they finally pulled away.

A game of Shogi. There was a lot of dramatic slamming of the pieces down on the board when a particularly good move was made. |

First mall I've been to that had four streets running through it. Notice the traffic lights with pedestrian crossing lights. |
